Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Leadership
路 Develop and execute a learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals
路 Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritize learning initiatives
路 Serve as the internal expert on adult learning, performance improvement, and talent development
路 Influence stakeholders and guide learning decisions across the organization
Program Design & Content Development
路 Design scalable learning solutions, including leadership programs, sales training, onboarding, and functional skill development
路 Create and oversee blended learning experiences (in-person, virtual, e-learning, job aids, and reinforcement tools)
路 Ensure learning content is practical, relevant, and aligned to real-world application
Facilitation & Delivery
路 Facilitate high-impact learning experiences both virtually and in person
路 Model strong facilitation practices and learner engagement techniques
路 Coach leaders and facilitators to deliver learning effectively
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
路 Define success metrics and evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback
路 Continuously refine programs based on business outcomes and learner insights
路 Support post-training reinforcement and behavior change
Collaboration & Culture
路 Work cross-functionally with HR, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams
路 Champion a culture of continuous learning, growth, and accountability
路 Support change initiatives through targeted learning and capability building
Corporate Engagement & Communication
路 Design and implement employee engagement initiatives aligned to company values and business goals.
路 Develop and manage internal communication plans for key initiatives, changes, and company updates

Qualifications
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
路 Proven experience leading learning and development initiatives
路 Strong facilitation skills with executive, manager, and frontline audiences
路 Experience designing adult learning programs tied to business outcomes
路 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills
