We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a flex solo position based near Lakeland, FL. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for steady miles, guaranteed weekly pay, and bonus opportunities.
Position Highlights
• $1,400 Guaranteed Weekly Minimum
• $0.46 CPM (Annual pay increases first 6 years)
• Average 1,900–2,500 miles per week
• $3,000 Referral Bonus
• $500 Hiring Bonus (Paid on 2nd paycheck)
• Additional $1,000 at 60 days
• Stop Pay: $25 per stop
• On-Call Pay: $100
• Paid Training & Orientation
Schedule & Home Time
• Flex schedule — must be available for dispatch between 6PM–3AM
• Home Daily (Layovers may occasionally be required)
• Drivers must be flexible and willing to cover different routes as needed
• Guaranteed minimum pay if available for full work week
Job Details
• Deliver to auto parts store locations
• Electric pallet jack deliveries
• Mix of day cab and sleeper trucks
• Average 65% pedal & 35% cruise
• Night driving required
Requirements
• Class A CDL
• 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Hazmat endorsement required
• Comfortable with night driving
• Must be flexible and willing to cover multiple routes
• Business-to-business delivery experience preferred
