You will also enjoy great benefits and work schedule Job Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year QualificationsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES): Always display a professional demeanor Ability to successfully negotiate with customers. Keep current on all dealership product(s) knowledge as well as our competitors’. Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships (before and after sales.) Data mine large databases to generate new sales leads and opportunities. Log and maintain customer data. Take customers on test drives. Maintain (at a minimum) or exceed established sales goals and 100% on surveys. Ability to set appointments and close deals. Maintain valid driver’s license at all times. Follow all established company and department policies and procedures. Acceptable attendance is mandatory. Must be able to work all required hours, including extended hours for events, when necessary. Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Department Head. Must be able to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to deliver vehicles to customers (some traveling) Assist customers in moving items from one vehicle to another (may involve bending, lifting, stooping, reaching) Stand and walk for extended periods of time Able to move around lot to show inventory to customers Exposure to outside weather conditions Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum of intermediate level of knowledge/experience with computer and Microsoft applications Excellent customer service skills Marketing, networking, negotiation, and sales skills Basic mathematical and finance skills Function well within a teamwork environment and with all other departments / staff Ability to learn and retain brand and product knowledge WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER Paid training, resources and opportunities for career growth and advancement, tailored to individual performance, experience and interests.
