Senior Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate project scope and requirements to all relevant departments (engineering, manufacturing, installation, contractors).
• Deliver accurate drawings to manufacturing on schedule.
• Ensure customers fully understand project scope and limitations.
• Provide supervision and guidance to designers, contractors, and vendors; verify accuracy of work.
• Maintain records, drawings, manuals, and design calculations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage changes in scope/design and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
• Complete projects within allotted timescale and budget (target: actual hours within 15% of estimate).
• Obtain customer acceptance upon project completion.
• Accurately size and specify required equipment based on customer requirements.
• Review equipment layouts with customers and provide Bills of Material for cost estimating.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, specifications, and technical details.
• Prepare and update proposal drawings and BOMs as needed.
• Complete proposals on time; communicate delays proactively to Sales and other departments.

Education Requirements:

• Mandatory: BSME, BSChE or equivalent degree
• Preferred: MS degree with six to eight years experience.
