Key Responsibilities
- Communicate project scope and requirements to all relevant departments (engineering, manufacturing, installation, contractors).
- Deliver accurate drawings to manufacturing on schedule.
- Ensure customers fully understand project scope and limitations.
- Provide supervision and guidance to designers, contractors, and vendors; verify accuracy of work.
- Maintain records, drawings, manuals, and design calculations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage changes in scope/design and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
- Complete projects within allotted timescale and budget (target: actual hours within 15% of estimate).
- Obtain customer acceptance upon project completion.
- Accurately size and specify required equipment based on customer requirements.
- Review equipment layouts with customers and provide Bills of Material for cost estimating.
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, specifications, and technical details.
- Prepare and update proposal drawings and BOMs as needed.
- Complete proposals on time; communicate delays proactively to Sales and other departments.
Education Requirements:
- Mandatory: BSME, BSChE or equivalent degree
- Preferred: MS degree with six to eight years experience.
