As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.96 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation accurately and in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
