Join our Team! Leland Management is seeking a Pool Attendant for one of our communities in the Lakeland, FL area. The position is seasonal (15 to 25 hours per week) with competitive pay.


Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Pool Attendant, you would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment for members, their guests, and tenants, (the “Users”) at the pool.

  • Greet Uses.
  • Check identification for all Users for entry to the pool.
  • Limit the number of guests allowed for Users in accordance with policy.
  • Monitor use of the facility and address and/or report potential hazards to the CAM.
  • Respond to User inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Ensure facility rules and regulations are being followed by Users.
  • Must be comfortable asking Users to leave the pool for failure to follow rules and regulations. 
  • Offer great customer service to all Users.
  • Complete other special projects as needed. 
  • Tidy the pool furniture as needed.
  • Close all umbrellas upon leaving.
  • In the event of an emergency, call 911.
  • Report any incidents to the CAM immediately and fill out the Incident Repot.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with Users.
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, detail orientated as well as have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
