Your Role:

• Plan and execute operational sequences, arranging tooling and settings based on blueprints.
• Adapt and improvise tooling for specialized tasks, manage feed mechanisms, and maintain machinery.
• Perform grinding, set up tooling, and handle various operations while monitoring steel hardness and fluid levels.

What we’re looking for:

• At least one year of experience in a similar role. 
• Ability to read blueprints and understand internal software.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.

Physical Demands:

• Climbing, balancing, lifting to 100 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.
