About the Role:
Ellet Neon Sales and Service Inc in Akron, OH is looking for a skilled Mason to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Run equipment for foundation work, bobcat, excavator etc...
- Build wood forms, weld rebar forms
- Build foundation bases as per specifications / drawings
- Order concrete per job
- Handle final inspections
- Read specifications for directional and traffic installation
- Work with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or in a similar masonry/construction role
- Proficiency with masonry tools, equipment, and techniques including brickwork, stonework, concrete block and welding
- Â Have a valid driver's license
- Strong physical stamina — ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Zero tolerance drug free workplace. Pass pre- employment drug testing and random testing
- Reliable and punctual
- OSHA card, but not necessary
- Monday - Friday normal hours 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (start time may vary)
