Sutter Health is seeking a BE/BC Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician to join our collegial and dedicated team at Sutter Lakeside Outpatient Clinic, located in the beautiful mountain ranges of Lake County. Job Description:

Key Responsibility

路聽 Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

路聽 Perform routine and chronic disease management (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease).

路聽 Conduct physical exams, preventive care, and wellness visits.

路聽 Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions commonly seen in an ambulatory setting.

路聽 Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies.

路聽 Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and evidence鈥慴ased guidelines.

路聽 Manage medication therapy, refills, and adjustments.

Experience

  • Five (5) years of recent, relevant clinical experience preferred

Certification & Licensure

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • Eligible for California medical licensure
  • DEA registration
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Additional certifications (PALS, NRP) as required by department policy
