As a Phlebotomist, you'll be a trusted member of our care team, helping patients feel comfortable while collecting the specimens that support accurate diagnoses and quality healthcare.

What You'll Do

  • Provide safe, accurate, and compassionate blood draws and specimen collection for patients of all ages.
  • Ensure every specimen is properly identified, labeled, processed, and prepared for testing.
  • Perform CLIA-waived laboratory testing according to established policies and quality standards.
  • Prioritize daily workload while responding to urgent and STAT laboratory requests.
  • Communicate laboratory results promptly to providers to support timely patient care.
  • Work closely with providers, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or GED certificate
  • Graduation from an accredited Phlebotomy program
  • Valid and current State of California Phlebotomy license
  • Comprehension of medical terminology
