This role requires generating an official punch list for any necessary corrections or repairs once the project is substantially complete.
The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring that all punch list items are completed and verified promptly.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent for a commercial contractor.
The position offers a salary of $80,000 to $100,000 and requires proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and ProCore, as well as an OSHA 30 certification and a valid Driver's License.

Project Closeout:

Punch List:The Superintendent will participate in compiling lists as necessary to assist all Subcontractors to complete their Scope of Work. Once the project is substantially complete, the Superintendent will participate in generating an official punch list for any work that needs to be corrected or repaired. It will be the Superintendent’s responsibility to see that all items on the punch list are completed and verified in a timely manner.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or combination of education/job experience.
Minimum of 5 Years experience as a Superintendent for a commercial contractor.
Computer skills including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, ProCore.
OSHA 30
Driver's License
