The Role
You'll run residential HVAC service calls scheduled by dispatch — diagnosing accurately, presenting clear repair and replacement options, and delivering a 5-star experience on every visit.

Requirements

What You'll Do

Run residential HVAC service calls — repairs, replacements, maintenance, and system inspections
Diagnose issues accurately and present repair and replacement options to homeowners
Educate customers so they can make informed decisions
Deliver clean, high-quality work and keep your job site and vehicle professional
Represent Advanced Air professionally on every call

What We're Looking For

A driven, reliable, goal-oriented technician comfortable earning through performance
Strong communication and customer service skills
A professional, team-player mindset

Requirements

EPA Universal Certification (required)
2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record, with at least 5 years of driving history
Comfortable using a tablet, smartphone, and GPS
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
