Position Overview
KalCare Health Care is seeking a dependable, flexible, and compassionate Full-Time Floater (On-Call) Caregiver to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring continuity of care by providing coverage for open shifts and supporting multiple clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Fill open shifts and provide coverage as assigned
- Deliver care to multiple clients (no more than 2 per day)
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship, and client support
- Maintain accurate documentation in AxisCare
- Report to assigned clients within 1 hour of notification
- Provide consistent, high-quality care across varying client needs
Schedule & Availability Requirements
- Monday–Friday availability during operational care hours | 9am-5p - some weekends required
- Must be available by phone and actively monitor Scheduling system
- Ability to work up to 8 hours per day
Qualifications
- Experience in home care, caregiving, or healthcare preferred
- CNA certification
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clients
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and assignments
