American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company currently seeking motivated individuals to assist our Conyers, GA, location with manual loading and unloading of containers. Duties will include, but are not limited to: sorting retail merchandise by store number, building, wrapping, and staging of pallets. Warehouse experience is preferred. Willing to train. • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, break-down totes)
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Report any discrepancies
• Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening
• excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

What It Takes to Succeed

• Comfortable working at a very fast pace with tight timelines and constant movement
• OK doing repetitive tasks      all shift (same core work, done quickly and accurately)
• Able to consistently lift ~25 lbs and stay on your feet (standing, walking, bending, reaching)
• Positive, team-first attitude; able to take      direction and stay focused
• Understand that when we’re understaffed or busy, everyone works harder to meet goals

Schedule:

M-F, 5pm to finish

Weekly pay

$17.00/hr.

Benefits:

• Health Insurance- after 30 days
• PTO- (accrual starts from day 1, but can not use until day 90)

Requirements

• Must undergo a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must possess basic reading and math skills
• Must have an eye for detail
• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs. consistently
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl
• Steel-toe shoes are mandatory
• Must perform other duties as assigned
• Must have reliable transportation
