The Career: 

Are you a team player who takes pride in producing high-quality work in a safe and efficient environment? As an Assembler at QA1, you'll be an integral part of our Lakeville, Minnesota based manufacturing team, where your performance is directly tied to key areas of success: safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency. Your key responsibilities will be assembling products according to production guidelines, working alongside your team to meet and exceed targets. Work schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm.

What You Will Do:

• Product Assembly: Assemble products following specific production guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality with every unit.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with your team members to achieve production targets while promoting a positive and efficient workplace.
• Safety + Quality: Be committed to upholding safety standards and quality control measures in all aspects of your work.
• Continuous Improvement: Offer suggestions to reduce waste, enhance efficiency, and improve processes.
• Problem Solving: Report any discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns, and assist in troubleshooting where necessary.
• Other duties as beneficial to the success of QA1.

The Critical Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least age 18.
• At least 1-year solid work experience; previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Person people want to work with.
• Working knowledge of basic hand and/or power tools. 
• Positive attitude, reliable attendance with excellent work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math, reading and English communication skills. 
• Comfortable with team interaction or alone under busy conditions with minimal supervision.
• Must be available and open to the idea of cross training + learning.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including extended standing 8-10 hours a day with occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 60 lbs.
