Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) National Account Manager, Club! We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. We are seeking a Sales leader to join our Club Channel sales team, managing the Costco corporate business and West regions. We are looking for a person with high energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and dedicated to driving new initiatives for the brand with our Club Channel partners. The National Account Manager will oversee the day-to-day business as well as develop new business within the responsible territory.

This will be a work-from-home position reporting to our Sales Team Lead, Club.

A Day in the Life...

  • Manage existing & develop new business for Ocean Spray Brands at Costco.
  • Direct management of Costco corporate programs, business delivery and west regions.  Working closely with Costco east NAM and Club Team Lead to build successful growth plans.
  • Penetrates customer’s key decision makers including buyers, support teams, and senior leadership; understanding their business needs and key initiatives. 
  • Influences Ocean Spray organization to develop solutions that meet customer needs in a profitable manner for our grower-owners.
  • Lead internal Club initiatives including item commercialization, customer strategy deliverables, promotional/trade programs and annual planning.   Includes influencing rotations calendar and innovation pipeline to help shape long term customer strategies
  • Work collaboratively with our internal Sales Strategy & Commercialization, Brand and Omni teams to create promotional programs and launch new items in best-in-class manner
  • Work closely with buyers and operations for optimal distribution and programming; including expansion of Ocean Spray regional programs.
  • Responsible for all communication concerning national accounts including contracts, product-price component changes, compliance, & weekly sales, reporting
  • Stay ahead of trends in Costco, competitive landscape, and the broader marketplace
  • Volume and trade spend forecasting, price modeling, P&L understanding
  • Manage national contracts—understand and analyze business to recommend and implement initiatives for business growth across contract

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, selling to Costco
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in customer and syndicated data
  • Ability to link strategies and objectives to develop and achieve plan
  • Superior presentation skills, both in development of compelling stories and in presenting them at all levels within partner, customer and internal organization
  • Ability to work independently, and solve problems by leveraging multiple function support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiating, influencing and deal creation skills
  • Travel: 10% - 20%

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Annual Salary:

$116,300 - $159,940
