About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize SharePoint, Intelex, and other QMS systems, databases, and digital resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation, coordinate approvals, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure information is current and accessible.
- Support third-party certification programs, including Organic, Kosher, Non-GMO Project, and Gluten-Free certifications, with an emphasis on timely renewals.
- Coordinate certification documentation, audit and inspection preparation, facility registrations, licenses, and other compliance activities.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate Quality & Food Safety KPI data, and develop accurate, clear, and timely performance reports.
- Improve data-management practices and identify opportunities for reporting automation, standardization, and process optimization.
- Support customer complaint intake, investigation workflows, document routing, and communication across internal teams.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and improvement efforts, identifying gaps, escalating risks, and helping teams move actions forward.Â
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- One to two years of experience in documentation management, quality systems, or a related technical environment.
- Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business and reporting tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Intelex, Tableau, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Adaptability and the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Curiosity, learning agility, and a willingness to ask questions, investigate gaps, and drive improvements.
