As our Moments Driver, you will be responsible for driving the community bus to and from activities and events, ensuring the safety of all residents. This opportunity is a perfect fit for compassionate individuals looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
The position typically entails two outings a week that last around 2-3 hours each.
Responsibilities
- Perform safety checks on the bus each time before operation.
- Drive the community bus in a safe manner following traffic regulations.
- Assist residents in getting on and off the bus, ensuring all safety equipment is used correctly
- Comply with federal and state laws and regulations as well as Company’s policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalency requiredÂ
- Valid Driver’s License – must be able to show proof
- Must have a clean driving record
- DOT Medical Certificate required (company will provide)
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
- Ability to work in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Â
