What Youāll Do:Ā
- Medical & Medication OversightĀ - Manage medical care and medications for persons served.
- Crisis InterventionĀ - Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.
- Staff TrainingĀ - Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.
- ComplianceĀ - Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections.
What You Bring:Ā
- Reguired:Ā Active RN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car.
- Experience:āÆSupporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
- Skills:āÆClear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.
- Language:āÆMust be fluent in English, Multilingual a bonus!
