Responsibilities

Analyze data and trends to support accurate demand forecasting
Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify risks and opportunities
Take ownership of key processes and ensure timely execution of deliverables
Lead follow-ups with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and accountability
Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and sales to align on forecasts and priorities
Develop and maintain reports and tools to support decision-making
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in data analysis of forecasting, inventory management, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with large datasets
Excel experience
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently follow up and drive tasks forward
Self-motivated and willing to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
