Full-Time Insurance Service Representative

Our high-volume insurance agency is seeking a motivated Full-Time Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term career with a successful, family-owned agency.

This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to inbound callers
Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and service needs
Maintain accurate customer records using agency management systems
Build strong relationships with clients and provide a positive customer experience

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills
Clear and confident phone communication
Proficient computer and typing skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Insurance experience is a plus, but not required

Location: Brick/Lakewood Border — convenient access to the Garden State Parkway
