Total Compensation Potential for this Occupational Therapy Position is:

OTR = $65/hour ($16.25/unit) and $100/eval 

COTA = $50/hour ($12.5 unit)

Location: 9307 Bridgeport Way SW, Lakewood, WA 98499

Schedule: flexible but need evenings

Requirements:

• 1+ years in pediatrics 

Qualifications of this Occupational Therapy position include the following:

• Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy preferred but not mandatory
• Washington State license in Occupational Therapy
• OTR or COTA
• Passion for changing the lives of others
