Position Summary

The Sales & Customer Support Administrator provides administrative support to the sales and commercial teams, including customer documentation, pricing, reporting, spreadsheets, project requests, and customer-related activities. This role contributes to the efficient and accurate execution of day-to-day sales and customer support activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.


Essential Functions

  • Maintain customer price sheets and assist with price increases, tariffs, and related updates.

  • Prepare and format reports, forecasts, presentations, spreadsheets, and customer information.

  • Maintain customer portals, catalogs, email lists, and product documentation, including new item forms and certifications.

  • Provide administrative support for customer credit projects and ongoing account maintenance.

  • Maintain inventory information and related spreadsheets.

  • Enter and submit project-related forms and requests, including ICBMs, CWRs, and PDRFs.

  • Assist with samples, materials, and logistics for trade shows and customer visits.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with expense reporting.

  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding requests and paperwork.

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales and commercial teams as needed.


Required Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Minimum Experience: 1–3 years of administrative, sales support, customer service, or related experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage spreadsheets, data, paperwork, and multiple deadlines accurately.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to learn new systems and customer portals quickly.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a sales, customer service, or commercial team.

  • Experience with customer portals, product documentation, or account administration.

  • Experience in food, consumer products, manufacturing, or a related industry.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
