TO SUCCEED, YOU WILL NEED:

  • To be 18+ years
  • To have reliable personal transportation
  • To hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
  • Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
  • Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

We would prefer:

  • Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
  • A high school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
  • A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
