About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas following proper procedures.
• Assist with cleaning restrooms, replenishing supplies, and maintaining sanitary conditions.
• Support the janitorial team in setting up and breaking down furniture or equipment as needed for events or maintenance.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the manager promptly.
