Food Runner - Restaurant

Job Summary:  The Lambertville Station Inn is seeking for experienced and team-oriented candidates for the Food Runner position. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays. 

Responsibilities:

• Set-up work station before diner opens
• Make sure dishes presentable and with proper garnish
• Maintain plates and silverware
• Maintain communication with waiting staff and the Kitchen staff
• Make sure that all equipment is clean
• Re-stock work station
• Always be polite and professional
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by manager.

• The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• The employee is frequently required to stand and walk
• Requires moderate physical efforts: standing, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling and pushing, lifting of weights up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, distance vision, color vision & focus
