Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Farm Food Safety Compliance Supervisor responsible for ensuring farm food safety programs comply with LGMA, GFSI/PrimusGFS, FSMA Produce Safety Rule, and customer requirements by overseeing daily operations, leading field food safety teams, and maintaining continuous audit readiness across all California growing regions. What You Will Need:

  • Minimum 3 years of food safety, agricultural compliance, or auditing experience.
  • Must have working knowledge of GAPs, GMA, PrimusGFS, and FSMA Produce Safety Rule.
  • Strong Analytical, documentation, risk assessment skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective trainer and mentor.
  • Competency with data analysis software, Microsoft Office Suite, email, spreadsheets, and ability to learn other internal software.
  • Ability to form productive working relationships with members of the farming team, upper management, and crop protection company representatives.
  • Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the corporate
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time with periodic need to stay overnight. Biweekly or more frequent travel is required across multiple California growing regions including Coachella, based on operational needs.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Must be able to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
