Our teamshave the opportunity toshape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The General Maintenance Helper provides maintenance and repair services for hotel equipment and facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems, while responding to issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of engineering work areas and hotel spaces
Perform painting, sanding, staining, and light carpentry tasks
Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance
Support troubleshooting and repairs of equipment such as motors, breakers, and chillers
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests in rooms and public areas
Assist in emergency responses, including fire alarms and power outages
Help transport and manage parts, tools, and materials as needed

WHAT TO BRING
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance
