WHAT YOU’LL DO 

The Massage Therapist delivers exceptional, personalized bodywork and wellness treatments designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overallwell‑being. This role upholds the highest standards of professionalism, confidentially, and attention to detail while consistently meeting Four Seasons standards, policies, and licensing requirements to ensure an exceptional level of service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:     

• Adhere to the Four Seasons Lāna‘i Spa massage sequence of service and all established treatment protocols for all massage and body services, ensuring a consistently elevated guest experience unless otherwise requested by the guest 

• Provide the full range of spa massage and body treatment offerings in accordance with approved standards and techniques 

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the importance of consistency in service delivery to support exceptional guest satisfaction 

• Ensure proper setup, operation, cleaning, and sanitization of all treatment room equipment to maintain a safe, hygienic, and luxury‑level service environment 

• Educate guests on personalized treatment and wellness recommendations, confidently promoting appropriate products and service enhancements to elevate results and overall experience 

• Collaborate with team members to assist with efficient setup and breakdown of treatment spaces, ensuring rooms are fully prepared, organized, and reset for seamless service delivery

WHAT TO BRING 

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States 

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required. 

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card   

• Hawaii State Massage Therapist Licenseis requiredfor this role 

• Holistic Health Practitioner 

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts  

• Prior experience working as a Massage Therapist an in the hospitality industry or in a high-end environment  

• Must have the ability to perform deep tissue/sport massage, Swedish massage and Lomi-Lomi massage. Must be able to participate in all training offered by the spa and provide all treatments on the spa menu of services once training has been provided.
