The Operations and Logistics Coordinator works with the Conservation Department’s Program Operations Manager to support the day-to-day functioning of the department by managing logistics, administrative tasks, and operational needs. The position manages and tracks program assets (e.g. equipment), ensures compliance with applicable labor and safety related protocols, tracks and manages department vehicles, purchasing, billing, and invoicing, and provides additional administrative support. Along with the Program Operations Manager, the Operations and Logistics Coordinator ensures that Conservation Department daily operations run smoothly, supplies and equipment are maintained and accounted for, and field teams and partners are supported with timely travel, scheduling, and resource coordination.

$23.00 - $27.00 / hour (non-exempt)
