Are you someone who enjoys working independently, providing exceptional customer service, and being part of a dependable team? We're looking for a motivated and safety-conscious Bulk Oil Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering and selling bulk oil to customers throughout the central region while supporting the daily operations of our parts department. Every day brings a mix of driving, customer interaction, inventory support, and teamwork, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in providing reliable service.
What You'll Do:
- Safely deliver, sell, and accurately invoice bulk oil to customers throughout the central region.
- Fill and prepare 5-gallon and 55-gallon oil drums for customer orders and deliveries.
- Load and unload oil containers while following all safety procedures.
- Receive, stock, organize, and deliver parts and accessories to support dealership operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts needs and product inquiries.
- Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering dependable, timely, and professional service.
- Assist with general store operations and other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Clean driving record and the ability to maintain eligibility under company Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) standards throughout employment.
- Must pass a DOT physical and renew certification annually as a condition of continued employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Basic computer and data entry/keyboarding skills.
- Basic knowledge of parts, machinery, or agricultural/construction equipment.
- Forklift experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds.

Pay Information:
The hourly pay range for this position is $19 to $26. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base hourly wage for this role. Based on factor such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
In Season Hours: Monday - Friday: 7 am to 5 pm, Saturday: As Needed
Off Season/Winter Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
*Off Season Hours are from November-March. Start and end date to winter hours is dependent on year and subject to change. *
