Position Summary
The FP&A Analyst plays a key role in driving financial visibility and business performance by delivering insights, forecasts, and analysis that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end close through analysis of income statement performance and key business metrics
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Build financial models to evaluate revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Analyze variances and provide insights into business performance
- Track and report capital spending and internal projects
- Create dashboards, KPI reports, and executive presentations
- Partner with departments to support financial decision-making
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Improve reporting tools, models, and financial processes
- Support system enhancements and automation initiatives
- Assist with financial modeling and integration related to acquisitions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience (Epicor a plus)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR restrictions.
