Attorney - Employment

The Lancaster Office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is looking for an Employment Attorney to join our growing team. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• maintain billable hours as necessary.
• manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision.
• assist in the representation of clients in motion practice, conferences, mediations, and trial when and where necessary.

Position Requirements:

• Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• 4-6 years of direct PA Employment law experience and the ability to handle all aspects of the workers' compensation litigation process required. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred. 
• Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.
