About the Role
We are looking for a Carpenter Foreman to join our Operations team in Lancaster, TX. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading team to complete daily tasks at jobsite.Â
- Responsible for coordinating projects and ensuring all projects are completed.
- Monitor production schedule and attendance of crew. Â
- This is a working foreman position and individual will also step in to assist team in completion of tasks/projects when needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Possess 10 years of construction/carpenter experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and time management skills. Â
- Must be able to read basic drawings.
- Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
- Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
- Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.Â
Preferred:
- Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.
- Must be able to work outside
- Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.Â
- Punctuality and promptness are required every day.Â
- Forklift operator training work would be a plus.
