Our dentists have the opportunity to perform a broad range of comprehensive general dentistry based on their clinical skills and interests, while maintaining complete autonomy over treatment planning.

COMPENSATION

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee

• Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for select opportunities

• Average full-time compensation: $290,000–$330,000+

• No production cap

• Full patient schedule

• Strong long-term earning potential

CLINICAL PRACTICE

• Complete autonomy over treatment planning

• Established patient base and consistent patient flow

• Opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures based on your clinical skill set

• Fully digital and paperless office

• Modern equipment and dedicated clinical support

• Discretion over preferred dental supplies and instruments

• Mentorship from experienced clinicians

• Opportunity to expand your procedure mix and continue developing clinically
