Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lancaster House North Apartments. Rate: Based on experience.


Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
  • Assist with turnover of apartments.
  • May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
  • Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
  • Appliance repair.
  • Snow removal duties.
  • Customer service.


Requirements

  • Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
  • Working cell phone.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
