We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Leader who can lead the rapid growth of our industrial product manufacturing operation. Visionary, Hands-on, and Attention to details are some of the most critical requirements for this high growth potential position. This Leader reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. The position is located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

  We invite candidates who possess the following qualifications to apply for this position:

• B.S. or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Ten or more years of experience in leading a growing manufacturing operation
• Direct experience with annual production quantity of one million or more at a unit price of at least $200 (an indication of production complexity)
• Experience with managing at least 100 production personnel
