VACANCY FOR THE ARC ERIE COUNTY NY

RESIDENTIAL TEAM LEADER- WALDEN - $27.05 PER HOUR!

Department:   Residential

Location:          Walden Avenue, Lancaster, NY

Schedule:         Full-Time 40hrs. Shift: Tuesday- Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday/Saturday 9am-5pm

Rate of Pay:    $27.05 per hour

 

Primary purpose of the position

Overseeing the care and support of residents in a residential setting, ensuring individual needs are met, and facilitating the development and implementation of care plans.

 

Key Performance Areas

  • Guide and support team members, ensuring they provide quality care and adhere to established policies and procedures
  • Responsible for ensuring that each resident's unique needs are addressed in their care plans
  • Leads and participates in team meetings to discuss resident progress, treatment plans, and address any concerns

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s Degree PLUS one year full-time paid direct service experience in the Human Services field            OR
  • Associate’s degree PLUS three years full-time paid direct service experience in the Human Services field    OR                                                 
  • High School PLUS has five years’ full-time paid direct service experience in the Human Services field.

In addition to:

  • Medication Administration and First Aid Certification, CPR, and Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention-Revised training (SCIP) must be taken as provided by the agency within 90 days of hire and maintained.
  • A valid NYS driver's license and approved driving record
