Adelphi is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) to provide in-person speech-language pathology services to students at a school located in Lancaster, South Carolina.
The ideal candidates will provide services to students, in accordance with established standards of care and in compliance with applicable policies and guidelines.

Requirements:
• ASHA certification or eligibility to complete the Clinical Fellowship
• Active or eligible South Carolina LLR license
• South Carolina Educator Certificate
• School based experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to an approximate caseload of 30–35 elementary school students.
• Conduct evaluations, reevaluations, observations, and assessments to identify students’ communication needs.
• Develop evaluation reports, treatment plans, and Individualized Education Program goals using the District’s designated systems.
• Provide individual and group therapy addressing articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, social-pragmatic communication, and other identified needs.
• Attend IEP, 504, eligibility, staffing, multidisciplinary team, and other District-related meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and other service providers to support student progress.
• Maintain the confidentiality of student and family information in accordance with FERPA and District policies.
• Comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
• Any other duties as assigned.
