Pay Rate: $38.02-$60.83 hourly Job Description: Supervises the day-to-day activities of the department/area. Participates in the interviewing and selecting process. Assigns work and follows up on work on of the employees. Provides input and assists with the performance appraisal process. Monitors educations requirements of staff. Oversees orientation of new employees. Assists with the facilitation of disciplinary actions. Maintains schedule and assures staffing levels are appropriate. Assists with development, facilitation and implementation of departmental projects. QualificationsJob Qualifications: Education: Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Licensure/Certification: Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio.  CPR required. Experience: Experience working in Health Care Facilities setting is preferred Medium Work: Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.
