The Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the growing team in our Lancaster, TX Â warehouse!
You Will:
Prepare orders by pulling materials or goods; packing boxes and palletizing, staging orders in the delivery area.
Process inbound and outbound shipments using RFT equipment or forms
Load, unload, and put away goods utilizing material handling equipment and/or manually
Maintain inventory accuracy by following company policies and procedures
Assist with inventory cycle counts.
Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Complete daily forklift checklist
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Assist with special projects and tasks as needed within the warehouse
Be a collaborative team player to accomplish goals collaboratively
You Have:
A current forklift license preferably clamp-counterbalance experience and above all, have a willingness to learn and work well in a team environment
At least 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Previous experience with physical stock management, including cycle counts and the receipt, storing, and dispatch of goods
Good organizational skills and the capability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Â
