Customer Service Representative (CSR) – High Volume Call Center

Location: Lancaster, PA – Neffsville Plumbing & Heating

Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office (Not Remote) | Rotating evenings (not overnight) + day-shift weekends

Compensation: $16.00 – $18.00/hr

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound customer calls and convert them into scheduled service appointments
  • Make outbound calls to schedule and follow up with customers
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer records
  • Communicate with dispatch and management to support smooth daily operations
