Position Summary:

The Floor Care Technician performs a variety of floor care tasks in patient and non-patient care areas to maintain a sanitary, attractive and orderly condition throughout the organization. He / She will abide by all safety and infection control guidelines when performing duties. The ability to work a flexible schedule may be necessary.

 

Qualifications:

  • Current Driver’s License required.
  • High school education or equivalent is not required, but one must be able to read, understand written documents and write.
  • Prior EVS/Housekeeping experience in a Healthcare Facility preferred.
  • Prior Floor Care experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are necessary.

Please Note: All new hires are required to attend a mandatory three-day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH. This orientation provides essential training, compliance information, and an introduction to our organizational culture to ensure a smooth and successful transition into your role. Attendance on all three days is required for onboarding completion.

 

Additionally, if Weeks Medical Center is not your designated home base, you will be eligible for travel reimbursement in accordance with our standard travel policy.
