Experienced Flat Roofer / Shingler / Roofing Laborer

Flat roofing experience
Shingle roofing experience
Roofing labor experience with some hands-on jobsite knowledge
Ability to work hard in outdoor conditions
Reliable transportation to and from work
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to safely use roofing tools, climb ladders, and work at heights
Someone who lives reasonably close to the job area

RESPONSIBILITIES

Install and repair flat roofing systems
Install shingles, underlayment, flashing, and other roofing materials
Tear off old roofing materials
Load, unload, and move materials around the jobsite
Assist roofers and crew leaders with daily roofing tasks
Maintain a safe and clean work area
Follow jobsite directions and safety procedures
Show up ready to work and contribute to the crew

Requirements

Experience with flat roofs, shingles, or general roofing labor

Basic knowledge of roofing materials and tools

The ability to work efficiently as part of a crew

A solid work history and good attitude

A location close enough to stay committed long-term
