Salary: $80,000–$83,000 per year

What You’ll Do
As the EBSH Adult Residential Administrator, you will support and oversee daily home operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide staff in providing exceptional services to clients. You will work closely with the Administrator and management teams to ensure the home operates efficiently and delivers high-quality, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Administrator to oversee daily operations of the home(s)
Coach, mentor, evaluate, and manage performance of direct reports
Recruit, interview, and make hiring decisions for staff vacancies
Implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures in alignment with organizational standards
Maintain accurate client and facility files as required by California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 17
Review and maintain daily staff ID notes; prepare and submit quarterly progress reports per CCR guidelines
Communicate with external partners including Regional Centers, Community Care Licensing, and day programs
Participate in IPP, Transition, and Interdisciplinary team meetings
Coordinate medical and dental care; ensure physician orders are followed
Manage home finances, including supplies, utilities, labor, and program costs
Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Minimum 2 years experience supervising and providing Special Services to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs
Required Certifications:
ARF Administrator Certificate
DSP I & DSP II
Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certificate
CPR/First Aid
