What You'll Do
- Provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism
- Implement behavior intervention plans and teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Accurately collect and report behavioral data to support treatment planning
- Collaborate closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who provides ongoing clinical supervision

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field (required)
- Experience working with children (e.g., teaching, coaching, childcare, camp)
- Reliable availability and commitment to scheduled sessions
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute to local sessions
