The Battery Technician EV Teardown is responsible to provide a safe, proper, and complete teardown of electrical vehicle batteries for further processing on the Lithium Line.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures health and safety is the number one goal by following warehouse safety procedures and processes.
  • Daily set up of equipment
  • Daily inspections of electrical tools and PPETeardown electrical vehicle batteries for processing according to SOPsSort battery components into correct storage containers
  • Properly label containers for storage and shipment
  • Comply with all environmental, health and safety regulations.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Frequently lift 10-40 pounds individually, and over 40 pounds with a team member.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Basic electrical experience
  • Ability to operate.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Teamwork and communication skills

 

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED



2:00pm - 10:30pm
