Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office
- Greet customers warmly—in person and over the phone—and direct them appropriately
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and internal office communication
- Handle incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records
- Support conversations with prospective and existing customers, ensuring they’re connected to the right team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with follow-ups as needed
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and special projects

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Previous experience in receptionist, administrative, or customer service roles preferred
