With three convenient locations in Lutz, Tampa, and Wesley Chapel, our growing practice is committed to creating a welcoming environment for both patients and team members.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our expanding pediatric team. We are hiring for either a Part-Time or Full-Time position with availability for weekday evening hours and/or Saturday/Sunday.
Position Highlights
- Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time opportunity
- Evening weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday) and weekdays 5 pm -11 pm with total of 30-36 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting hourly rate: $45–$50/hour
- Malpractice coverage provided
- 401(k) with employer matching
- Monthly $200 health insurance stipend
- 80 hours PTO
- CME allowance: $1,000 annually
- Student Loan Contribution Program (eligible after 1 year of employment)
Qualifications
- Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
